1. AC variable frequency electric drive drilling rigs use gear reducer box to drive single shaft drawworks and helicospiral base and are suitable for 114mm drill pipes and the drilling operation of oil well, gas well, and water well with a drilling depth from 3000m to 7000m..

2. The whole unit adopts diesel generating set as main active force, via VFD actuating system converting the AC current output by diesel generating set into AC current with frequency adjustable, then via AC variable frequency motor driving the drawworks, rotary table and drill pump separately.

3. Drawwoks, which adopts AC variable frequency control and energy dissipation braking, have the features of small volume, light weight, reliable performance, permanent working, convenient maintenance etc.

The disc brake is used to parking brake, allocation and emergency stop.

Main function achieves total numerical control through computer and electric control system.

AC variable Frequency decelerating electric motor acting as automatic drill and accident braking drives drum through gear reduction box.

4. The derrick is K type, low-level installation, integrated lifting and dropping, convenient removing and installation, good stability and high security.

5. Rig substructure has box on box type, slingshot and helicospiral type. All equipment of floor adopts low-level installation and jack up in position through drawworks pulling force.

6. Rotary table is driven by AC variable frequency electric motor via chain reducing gear box, stepless speed regulation to achieve total numerical control for torque and rotate speed.

7. Drill pump is driven by AC variable frequency electric motor with high power, high pump pressure, which can measure up to stepless speed regulation from 0 to rated rotate speed.

8. Adopts advanced full numerical ventor control frequency conversion system which has the function of telesupervisory control and automatic trouble locating arrangement to ensure sensitivity and reliability, safety and high efficiency of control system.

9. The whole unit is equipped with real-time display of drilling parameters, collection, store, printing and setup system, which creates necessary conditions to achieve drilling project intelligentization and information.
